The National Alliance for Musical Theatre (NAMT), founded in 1985, is a not-for-profit arts service organization committed to the musical theatre community and to the sustainability, evolution and advancement of the art form. NAMT's mission is to be a catalyst for nurturing musical theatre development, production, innovation and collaboration. We are dedicated to building and expanding new musical development pathways, with the goal of supporting writers and new musicals from inception to first production and beyond."

"SUE FROST is a founding member of Junkyard Dog Productions, which is dedicated to developing and producing new musicals. Prior to founding Junkyard, Sue was Associate Producer at Goodspeed Musicals for 20 years, where she produced more than 50 new musicals at both the Goodspeed Opera House and the Norma Terris Theatre. Before that she was a Broadway company manager. A graduate of Smith College, Sue is a member of adjunct faculty at Columbia University School of the Arts, and currently serves on the Broadway League’s Board of Governors, the Executive, Tony Administration, Audience Engagement, Intra-Industry, EDI and Business Development Committees."

"In his role as Head of Theatre, Nic oversees the Pleasance Trust’s theatre programme in London year-round, and at Edinburgh Fringe every August. He is a director, producer, and dramaturg whose recent productions at Pleasance include Land Of Lost Content by Henry Madd, Kill Climate Deniers by David Finnigan. Prior to this, he was Associate Producer at Arcola Theatre in Dalston where he oversaw the theatre’s New Work and Community Engagement programmes. With an international profile and a network of alumni that reads like a Who’s Who of contemporary comedy, drama and entertainment, the Pleasance is a place for the experimental and the new. It is where audiences come in their tens of thousands. It is one of the most highly respected theatre venues at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and in London. "Kiki is the Programme Director for The Other Palace having joined the company in 2017. Originally from America she moved to the UK in 2014. At The Other Palace she programmes the Studio   Main House and delivers a range of development initiatives for new British musical theatre. She is co-creator of Making a Musical: The Future of British Musical Theatre, formerly All That Scratch. As Producer for The Other Palace: MTFestUK 2023, Millennials, Love is Only Love. The Other Palace is a home of musical theatre dedicated to discovering, developing, exploring, and celebrating theatre. It’s a lively, friendly and inventive place where ideas can be shared and explored, and the next generation of theatre-makers are encouraged, supported, and celebrated. The Other Palace has an extraordinary history dating back to 1766 when it began life as the Charlotte Chapel and was turned into the Westminster Theatre in 1931. Erica Rotstein is a theatre producer, talent manager, and educator. Erica is a co-founder of The Business of Broadway, offering classes designed to democratize knowledge and examine the theatrical business model. Select producing projects include: a musical adaptation of Water for Elephants by Rick Elice and PigPen Theatre Co. (world premiere Summer 2023); Sovereignty Hymns, a musical piece about body sovereignty created by The Bengsons (in development); the upcoming Broadway run of Alex Edelman’s Just for Us; the current Broadway revival of Parade; Lightning Rod Special’s The Appointment; Hundred Days by The Bengsons and Sarah Gancher (Lortel & Drama League noms for Outstanding Musical); We Aren’t Kids Anymore, a song cycle by Drew Gasparini; and I Love that Senator for You, a digital series to humanize the ballot for young people. Erica has taught as an Adjunct Professor at Berklee College of Music, Barnard College, New York University and Drexel University, is Board Chair of Colt Coeur Theatre Company and holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

"Sam Levy is an award-winning independent theatre producer based in New York City. He is currently represented on Broadway with SIX: The Musical. Past productions include the award-winning musical Come From Away (Broadway, West End, Toronto, Australia); The Ferryman (Tony Award for Best Play); The Mentalists, starring BAFTA-winner Stephen Merchant; and upcoming: 42 Balloons – A New Musical. Prior to founding his own company, Sam was an executive at ATM Productions, a global theatrical production company receiving over 80 Tony and 35 Olivier nominations since 1998. Productions include Dear Evan Hansen; The Elephant Man, starring Bradley Cooper; Lucky Guy, starring Tom Hanks; Red, starring Eddie Redmayne and Alfred Molina; and Hamlet, starring Jude Law. Sam has produced the work of numerous emerging artists throughout his career, many of whom have gone on to win or be nominated for the Oscar, Tony, Grammy, Olivier, Emmy, and Golden Globe, as well as the Pulitzer Prize for Drama. "

Heather Shields is a Tony-nominated producer and general manager. She received undergraduate degrees at the University of Richmond and later graduated from Columbia University with her Masters in Arts Administration. She is a partner at Tom Smedes Productions and General Manager at Clearview Theatricals. Her Broadway producing credits include The Sign in Sidney Brustein’s Window (Tony nomination), A Christmas Carol (record breaking 5 out of 5 Tony wins), and Bandstand. Other current projects include the long running BATSU! in NYC and Chicago and the upcoming “Dragatha Christie” murder mystery, Death Drop. In development: a new musical, Bruce, based on Carl Gottlieb’s “The Jaws Log.” She was also a co-producer on the Off-Broadway hit Puffs! (Or Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic and Magic). She co-founded The Business of Broadway in 2019.
